Marianas Trench

The Mariana Trench (or Marianas Trench) is the deepest part of the world's oceans. If Mount Everest, the highest mountain on Earth at 8,848 metres (29,029 ft), was set in the deepest part of the Mariana Trench, there would be 2,060 metres (6,760 ft) of water left above it (Thanks Wikipedia).

Marianas Trench is also the name of a band from Vancouver formed in 2001.

Thanks to my publicist, Sarah Murray at Fashion Capsule, one of my lovely vintage key necklaces was used as a prop in their latest video. Very heavily used - like, practically a main character!

So as far as I can gather, it's your classic "boy meets girl, boy gives her an awesome necklace, boy loses girl, and bunch of shit gets blown up" kind of music video.

Check out the full video here.

All of the images used here are screen captures from the video. It's fun to see my jewelry have a life of its own in this video. Thank you Marianas Trench.
